The Seoul desk behind Crypto Portfolio Desktop monitoring

Scalable SVC grew out of mining-group close cycles in Korea — we now run institutional treasury monitoring for operators who refuse to lose track of cold storage and exchange balances.

Origin

Scalable SVC began when mining controllers in the Seoul–Incheon corridor asked for a calmer way to see pool payouts beside cold storage — without giving keys to a vendor. We built practice around Crypto Portfolio Desktop as the operator’s view, then wrapped it with human review from our Teheran-ro office.

How we work

We sit with finance, not trading. Engagements start with venue lists and sample statements. Configuration follows your chart of accounts. Alerts only fire on thresholds your controllers sign. Weekly packs arrive before your stand-up so exceptions are still actionable the same day.

Values that show up in the pack

  • Custody stays with the client — always
  • Balances are reconciled to statements you can show an auditor
  • Gaps are named plainly when a venue will not export
  • Korea time and Korean office presence matter for operators headquartered here

Community

We work primarily with mining firms and digital asset operators with a Korea nexus, and with regional desks that settle through Seoul counterparties. We are not a brokerage and we do not solicit retail accounts.
