- Cookie-related preferences stored locally in your browser when you accept or reject non-essential cookies
We do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, full account passwords, or government ID numbers through this website.
Purposes and bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request and, where appropriate, prepare an engagement proposal (contractual steps or legitimate interests in operating our desk). Technical logs support security and reliability. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them.
Retention
Inquiry emails and form payloads are retained up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a signed engagement requires longer retention under that contract. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Cookie preference keys remain until you clear local storage.
Your rights
Depending on applicable Korean privacy law and, where relevant, other regimes, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. Email contact@scalable-svc.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.
International transfers
Our primary operations and storage are in the Republic of Korea. If a processor outside Korea is used (for example, email infrastructure), we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
Sharing
We share personal data with service providers who host the site or deliver email, under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Children
This site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
