Provider and process

Engagements are led by Scalable SVC’s treasury monitoring principal from our office at 306 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu. Setup typically runs two to three weeks after you deliver venue lists and sample statements. Ongoing monitoring continues on a monthly retainer.

Preparation

Please prepare: current wallet inventory, last two months of pool payout statements, exchange account list with read-only export samples, and the name of the person who owns month-end reconciliation.

Constraints

We monitor only venues and wallets you authorize in writing. Multi-signature policies remain yours to operate. If a venue blocks read-only exports, we document the gap rather than inventing balances.

Pricing basis

Monthly retainer from ₩4,800,000 depending on venue count and review cadence. On-site setup days in Seoul are billed separately. See Rates for starting figures.
